Reporting & Filing

Great Lakes Geoscience has considerable experience in working with and reporting to Municipal, Provincial (State) and Federal govenment agencies. As “Certified Examiners” and “Qualified Persons” with the MNRF, Great Lakes is authorized to inspect and report on drilling, cementing (grouting) and plugging of geotechnical boreholes in Ontario. Reporting includes the completion of Form 7 (Drilling and Completion Report), Form 10 (Plugging of a Well) and Examiner reports (casing, cementing, plugging and site restoration) and submission to the MNRF, Petroleum Operations Section, on prescibed time deadlines.

We are also “Qualified Persons” for environmental assessments (QPESA) and risk assessments (PQRA) as per Ontario Regulation 153/04, Ministry of Environment, Climate and Parks (MECP), EPA and CSA and can file records of site condition (RSC) with the Environmental Site Registry.
